Before you write
- Setup and agent questions are often answered in the Docs.
- To move your license to another Mac, deactivate the old Mac in Settings > License, or use the Polar customer portal link in your purchase email.
- For a refund, include your order number from the Polar receipt. See the Refund Policy.
- For a bug, include your Gapreel version (Gapreel > About Gapreel) and your macOS version.
